&lt;p&gt;Add the &amp;#34;bgproperties&amp;#34; attribute to the &amp;#60;BODY&amp;#62; tag in your page. Here&amp;#8217;s an example &amp;#60;BODY&amp;#62; tag:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;#60;BODY background=&amp;#34;image.gif&amp;#34; bgproperties=&amp;#34;fixed&amp;#34;&amp;#62;&lt;/p&gt;
